Order Status

Has my order shipped?

​Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I track my order?
Click the “Track Your Order” in the Footer Section of our site to track your order.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
How do I return an item?

Products may be returned for a refund if they are unopened or unused and are mailed within 30 days of their receipt date.

If you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong product, it may also be returned once an RA (return authorization) Number has been obtained. All return freight is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot accept items that have been opened or are in used condition. Please call 866-243-2721 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Orders canceled prior to shipping will be subject to a 6% banking fee charge. This charge is what we incur for authorizing and refunding your credit card. If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be waived if we sent the wrong product or made an error on your order.

Shipping Damage or Defective Item: If your product is damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival, we will replace the product at no charge. Please Note: Due to the cost of shipping to destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
