Most of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. Exceptions to the above are brands like Kirby,Rainbow and Oreck, which we offer with our company warranty only. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to Vacuums Unlimited and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The purchaser must pay the freight back to Vacuums Unlimited
